USE INTERNENT, TO END POVERTY ON December 10 2009. Look up Poverty on Yahoo and Google MAKE "POVERTY" # 1 for Numbers of searches Challenge: A pocket-sized group is asking National poverty groups, to tell America just how Ending 50% of Poverty is better than aiming for the root cause of 100% of preventable human suffering. We want a debate, a forum from which to speak and inform. A Balanced Poverty Level is one of the keys. People are paid just a bit more than it cost to pay all of the existence costs. That is workers get a bit more than livable wage. The disabled and welfare mothers get enough to pay the cost of living. The underpaid live most of their lives, as if they are in a continual hurricane, or as if the Stock market has crashed. WE ask people Spend, to assist fast recovery. from this great recession. Donate to small non-profits near you or doing national work. They work so close to the bone , 100% of your donations will get back into the economy- it will Not be placed into savings. The small Maine non-profit and others who speak for the underpaid Challenges Groups as the National Alliance to End Homelessness, and National Coalition for the Homeless, to strive for ending 100% of poverty. Instead of what a survey found out that they want the deserving poor or 50% of those underpaid, to be assisted. It seems these large groups speak not for the poor and the underpaid, but to justify the existence of the groups own highly paid jobs. Huge National groups are aiming to end 50% of poverty by devising a 10 year plan. This does not include the time for the plans made without imput of the poor to be implemention. Hospitality House Inc. says they and our rag-tagged allies, those listening to the plea of the underpaid, themselves; can wipe out 100% poverty in 5 years. Aiming to wipe out 100% of inhumanely treated employees, means addressing the root Cause of Poverty. It is our idea its fine to pay the working poor less then the price of rent only if the bosses at the top our paid less-than. The Noble prize winner Muhammad Yunus, asks for "Social Business" to turn our world green again, and make business owners happier. So does this dwarf of a group. After talking for three weeks with the Nationals this Feb. 14, 2008 Jan of Hospitality House Inc will ask if the large groups accepts the challenge? The CHALLENGE Is Simply that the groups listening to the barriers of the poor, those who are or have been underpaid, and or homeless, or cold themselves, Know the reasons for homelessness. It is caused by poverty. The Challenge is also speaking to politicians, to insure they address the real caused of poverty, not just use the poor as a platform. Not just make programs yanked out from the underpaid in budget crisis. Keys to undoing poverty are simply: 1) Allow the underpaid of forum from which to speak. Have the poor of all races become columnist. Have media carry the plight of the Poor and that treating people well is the cure. 2) Pay not just a livable wage-but a decent wage-allowing 80% for basics, 10% for savings and 10% wages for recreation, modest vacations, hobbies. Currently Minimum wages pays less than the increasing cost of RENT. 3) Have Civil Rights Become a reality. Have poverty laws, applied fairly as written and enacted. To cure American Poverty, society must treat all people as well as they want to be treated. This will wipe out nearly 100% of all poverty. Write Hospitality House Inc. MISCONCEPTIONS OF THE PROGRAMS, TO ASSIST THE POOR A.) The public believes ALL who need helped will be assisted up to 100% of the Need. In fact, most programs are setup to aid with 2/3 of the need at most. Many aid programs are wrongfully denied to the underpaid. B.) Most people believe employers are paying an adequate wage. While, 40 hours of minimum wage does not cover the increasing cost of rents. C.) People believe that the same failed answers, will work. We need to present the golden rule found in most religions. "Do not do onto others what your yourself would find painful, if done to you." We need to strive to eliminate 100% of poverty, not programs helping portions of the poor small increments at a time. |
